EXPECTATIONS
A) PREREQUISITE TRAINING:
It is important for the trainee to have had experience in the harvest field sharing their testimony and sharing the gospel. Without this experience it would be difficult for the trainee to fully grasp the impact and relevance of the training.
The 4-Fields Intensive Training is build around the simple 5-part personal testimony and the 3-Circle Gospel sharing which is taught through the 411 tool. If you are unsure or have not gone through this training, please contact Joe Summers to go through this training prior to the 4-Flelds Intensive Training. Joe.Summers@e3Partners.org
B) ASSIGNMENT
To ensure the trainees attending the multi-day sessions receive the best experience from the training, an assignment is given to be completed prior to attending the training. Please complete the pre-training assignments before arrival. Below is the link to the assignment document:
